Sally Prowse is an experienced finance broker with a strong passion for helping women rebuild their financial future—particularly after major life changes like divorce. With over 14 years of industry experience and the founder of Sandcastle Finance (established 2014), Sally specialises in creating smart finance strategies that use the banks' money to help clients build wealth through property and secure passive income streams.
Sally brings a strategic yet empathetic approach to every client relationship, empowering women and families to move forward with confidence and clarity. Outside of work, Sally is a proud mum of three and loves making the most of Australia’s great outdoors.
Michelle Russell is a Mortgage Broker, originally from Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She specialises in first home buyers, refinancing and taking that next step in acquiring an investment property.
With over 20 years in Strata Management and running her own successful agency, Michelle made the move to beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast in the past couple of years to focus on family and a change in career.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Law and Demography. She also has a Strata Management and Real Estate Licence and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Michelle is the go-to for mortgages being obtained for Body Corporate and Strata properties.
Jess cuts through the noise of finance, helping business owners make clear, strategic moves with their money. With a background in investment banking and a track record of running multiple businesses, she knows firsthand that one-size-fits-all finance doesn’t work—especially for entrepreneurs.
At Sandcastle Finance, Jess leads Operations with a focus on scaling the business sustainably and delivering a seamless client experience. She works closely with clients to structure lending in a way that fits real life — whether that means freeing up cash flow, getting a deal over the line, or finally making that next property move happen. It’s about having options, not being boxed in by a bank.
As a mum of three (plus a very energetic fur baby), Jess understands how the right finance structure can create more breathing room—at home and in business.
Shelley Robertson has been with Sandcastle Finance since 2022. Prior to this Shelley owned and operated Arikaya homewares after leaving the corporate world in 2012. Shelley is passionate about people, home interiors and all things property. As the client relationship manager, Shelley is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. With Shelley’s exceptional organisational/people skills, Shelley will go above and beyond to ensure that our clients loan experience goes as smoothly as possible.
In her spare time Shelley loves to help friends and family style their homes to either enjoy or to sell. Shelley was also instrumental in styling our recent Office fit out.
Leni Singh has been with Sandcastle Finance since 2017 and holds her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. As our Parabroker, Leni is committed to understanding your unique needs and financial situation in finding the perfect mortgage solution tailored to you. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, looking to refinance, or investing in property, Leni will provide personalised guidance every step of the way. Trust, transparency, and client satisfaction is at the heart of everything she does, ensuring a stress-free mortgage experience.
In her spare time, Leni enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two kids.
Camilla Bowhill is a mortgage broker on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. She has lived in the comunity for more than 20 years. Camillas finance experience started in Sweden and then via Singapore to Sydney. Her background in private banking and her passion for helping clients make informed lending decisions shine through. With her extensive network of nearly 50 lenders, she’s well-equipped to offer the best options tailored to each client’s unique situation.
Her entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Nordic Fusion adds another layer of expertise. It’s clear that Camilla’s dedication to mortgage broking stems from her desire to find optimal solutions and save clients money through skillful negotiation and thorough research.
She is the go to broker for small business self employed and First Home buyers.
Belinda brings a wealth of experience to Sandcastle Finance, having previously worked in banking, specialising in lending. Driven by a passion to help more people achieve their dream of homeownership or purchasing an investment property, she made the move to Sandcastle Finance to offer a broader range of lending solutions from multiple providers. Growing up in Orange NSW, Belinda has lived on Sydney's Lower North shore for 15 years and fully understands the challenges of getting into the property market. She is particularly passionate about rentvesting, a strategy she believes can be a smart stepping stone for people looking to break into the Sydney market.
Outside of work, Belinda enjoys quality time with her partner and their Labrador Pancake, staying active, being social, and exploring the world through travel.
Ruth Cox has been working in the property construction industry as a Business Analyst / Facilities Manager / Workplace Manager for the last 12 years including projects in London, Dubai and Singapore.
My husband and I returned from Singapore 4 years ago with 2 small children, so I decided to set up a my own business, and have been working on increasing operational efficiency for small to medium size businesses on the Northern Beaches.
Vaness Bacalso I’m a mortgage broking assistant at Sandcastle finance with Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Holder. I had over a year of experience as a Human Resource Personnel and was able to build a relationship with the employees and hire the right people for the right job. I believe in honing my skills and learning new things every day. I’m very passionate in everything that I do and I love to be creative. I’m into films and travelling.
